Scrum Master

Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking a Scrum Master for one of our direct clients.

Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite)

Long Term

Preferred onsite in Texas

Duties:

1. Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to ensure customer satisfaction

2. Guide the team on self-organization to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks

3. Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team, and organize and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

4. Remove impediments, or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment

5. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving

6. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

7. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

8. Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog

9. Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, leading by example

Need 5 years of experience.
