Legal Secretary Position

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Full-Time Legal Secretary to support their growing legal team by managing daily administrative operations, coordinating communications, and helping ensure the smooth handling of legal matters. Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally.
• Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars.
• Coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, courts, and third parties.
• Prepare legal forms, documents, and transcripts from dictated notes.
• Organize legal documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with administrative and legal support tasks as needed.
• Ensure deadlines, appointments, and follow-ups are completed on time.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal information.
• Support the legal team with general office coordination and workflow management.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, customer service, or secretary role.
• Experience supporting legal professionals is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring and client-focused attitude.
• Strong time management skills.
