How You’ll Get Leads

  • Warm leads provided through company marketing and lead-generation partners 
  • Walk-in showroom traffic 
  • Referrals from satisfied clients 
  • Networking events and community involvement 
  • Opportunity to generate your own leads for increased commission opportunities  

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen remodeling projects in the Buffalo region (within a 30-40 mile radius of Orchard Park, NY)
  • Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments 
  • Work out of the showroom space during business hours 10a-5p, Monday - Friday when not running in-home appointments or attending networking events.
  • Build trust with clients by understanding their goals, budget, and vision 
  • Present solutions across our full range of services including: 
    • Cabinet Painting 
    • Cabinet Refacing 
    • Redooring 
    • New Cabinets 
    • Countertops 
    • Kitchen Tune-Ups and Accessories 
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations 
  • Utilize basic design software such as SketchUp or similar programs (training provided) 
  • Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process 
  • Confidently ask for the sale and close projects professionally 
  • Coordinate project details with our office and installation teams 
  • Attend networking events and represent the company in the community 
  • Perform final project walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong sales and customer service skills 
  • Comfortable discussing home improvement or construction-related projects with homeowners 
  • Basic understanding of remodeling, cabinetry, carpentry, construction materials, or residential renovations 
  • Ability to read measurements and understand layouts/design concepts 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through abilities 
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven 
  • Professional demeanor suitable for working inside clients’ homes 
  • Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for appointments 

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in: 
    • Home improvement sales 
    • Kitchen and bath remodeling 
    • Construction sales 
    • Flooring, cabinetry, windows, roofing, or similar industries 
  • Proven track record in sales and closing deals 
  • Experience with estimating, quoting, or project consultation preferred 
  • Familiarity with design software is a plus 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earn 100,000 - 150,000 / year with a commission structure (a weekly draw is available)
